Accepting an Order with Auto Accept Off - Tablet Ordering

The steps in the article will show you how to accept an order if you have auto accept turned off

Please see the below video that shows how to accept an Order in our Online Ordering app for Tablets:

 

The prompt that appears in the above video will only show if you have Auto Accept orders turned off. You can check if this is the case by tapping on the 3 dots in the top right corner and then preferences.

You'll then need to scroll down slightly until you see the Automatically Accept All orders. If the icon is green and slid to the right then this is on, simply tap on this and it will turn grey and slide to the left to turn this off.


Auto Accept On

Once this setting is disabled you will get the below prompt each time an order is received, giving you the option to Accept or Decline the Order.
