When raising a ticket for account linking please sue the below template for an efficient completion
If a merchant contacts you looking to link a new account to an existing one then it is best to outline the new MID & Branch ID as well as the target MID for where the balances are going to be shared.
Example:
Please link MID: 6880 Branch ID: 10289 to Esquires UK Parent account MID: 2054
We will also need to know if this is a single merchant or a franchise. This primarily stems from billing as depending on how we set the up will depend on how they will be billed.
