Enabling Collection & Delivery for Experience Vouchers

1) Log into your online dashboard on loylap.com

 

2) From here you'll want to hover over settings and then click into 'Branches'

 

 

3) Then you'll need to click on the 3 dots next to the name of the Experiences Branch and into Details.

 

 

4) This will take you into the details of Experiences Branch

 

 

You'll need to go into both of the Collection & Delivery options under Ordering Settings to enable these dispatch methods. Click on Collection to start and then Edit.

This will open up the below prompt. Ensure the slider is Green and to the right, then hit save.

 

 

Now repeat the process for Delivery.

 

It is worth noting that Delivery has several options that you can customise, such as the maximum delivery distance and delivery time. This can help you set customer expectations. Once you are happy, click on Save.

 

5) Now this is all set your customers will see the below options during the process of ordering an Experiences voucher.
