How to get the 'No Offers Today' centre tile to not appear on a Merchants App Homescreen?

Should a merchant wish to hide the 'No Offers Today' tile showing within the end user app, we have a campaign that can be set that will get around this.

For reference this is the box that appears for a merchant that has no campaigns set:

1) Log into their dashboard. You can access this via the Access Dashboard button once you log into the Admin Portal
Access Dashboard

2) Once logged into the Dashboard, you'll need to ensure a Role is set up. Click on Create in the top right.

Create-1

Then click on Roles

Create Roles

3) You can then create a basic role with a Transaction Modifier of 1. We only need the role for the purpose of the Campaign so call it something recognisable. In this example we'll call the role Campaign. Then hit Save

4) Now that this is set, we can create a campaign. Click Create in the top right, and then Campaigns.

5) Skip the Wizard

6) The campaign will not need to be fully completed, only base level details, a parameter and reward need to be chosen. However there are some important details to consider. For the description we will only need a name. Make this something that will be remembered as this will be on the Merchants business portal and they will need to understand its purpose. Also ensure that the tick box to display to all customer is ticked.

Roles Campaign Name

Hit save once you have the name set.

7) For the parameters chose a Customer Demographic. You can then choose the role that was just created.

Role Assignment

8) Once the role is assigned, you'll then want to move on and assign a reward. There doesn't actually need to be a reward, so a discount sale for 0 percent will work perfectly. The idea here is just to remove a display for the end user, rather then the campaign actually apply a reward.

Campaign Reward

9) Now the campaign is ready for release. The way this has been configured means that it is active at all times, but due to the campaign needing a customer to be on a role it won't actually apply a discount. It will be worth informing the merchant what could happen if they do assign them to the role, however the reward is set so they shouldn't be at a loss. This is then how the same merchant should appear for the end user.
