How to Set Up a LoyLap Shop Inventory - Design Service

How to set up LoyLap Shop Inventories so customers can use the below options to purchase design service within the Business Portal

You will need to know how to create Products and Categories. Links to articles are below:
Products & Categories

Categories = Design service
Products = Type of design service required and pricing

• Categories

The Category must be linked to the Design Service page in order to be displayed in the dashboard. Dev Team will assist here to link the category if this is the first time listing it within a shop. Example from the EU shop below

• Products

You must create a product for all the different design options available for ordering, example Key Fob, Gift Card,etc. -

 

Link the product to the ‘design service’ category -

 

Enter the required sell price eg 30 USD, 40 CAD, 30 EUR etc, enter the tax if applicable in that region -

Select the following availability options -

Save your work

Notes: 

Inventory must be created in same manner for all 4 shops - EUR, USD, GBP, CAD

VAT to be applied on Products only on EUR (23%) and GBP (20%)
