Internal Error: NO SCHEME DETAILS RECEIVED
Follow the below steps to resolved the No Scheme Details Received when opening LoyLap Apps
Sometime merchants will get this error. This is how it appears on the device:
Follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
1) Log into the Admin Portal and find your merchant:
2) Go to 'Info, 'Settings' & 'Transaction Types'.
3) The merchant is likely running Stamp Loyalty however they have the stamp reward set to 0 as shown in the example below:
4) You will need to change the stamp number to something above 0 and then hit save:
This should resolve the issue immediately for the merchant. The best way to confirm is to log into their Business Portal and make sure the change has reflected there. It also doesn't hurt to reboot the device.
