Issues with Online Ordering Template
Below is a notes example to use when raising a ticket to Support so we can effectively handle the query
Things to Consider
Be Clear about the issue: Outline what about Online Ordering isn't working. Be it that items are not not visible when trying to order. Certain modifiers aren't showing. Times for ordering are incorrect, etc. Be sure to include any screenshots or videos detailing the issue
Outline what has been tried and if it worked or note: List the troubleshooting steps taken and their effect, bearing in mind what the issue can be depends on where you should start. I.E If an item is not showing for Ordering, list what you have attempted (Checking the item is under products, that it is in a category, the category is available for ordering, the inventory has been synced)
Below is an example ticket description where an item is not showing as available for Ordering:
Merchant contacted us as they had an issue with new Coffees that they have added into the Inventory not being available for Ordering. They specified 'Pumpkin Spice Latte' as an example.
Merchant has a Clover, searched inventory for item. Was not showing in the business portal.
Synced Inventory, now showing in the business portal.
Marked as Available for Ordering & Always Available.
Item now showing.
