Issues with POS Template
Below is a notes example to use when raising a ticket to Support so we can effectively handle the query
Things to Consider
Be Clear about the issue: Merchant contacted us with issues related to "app name" on "POS/Device"
Outline what has been tried and if it worked or note: List the troubleshooting steps taken and their effect, bearing in mind what the issue can be depends on where you should start. I.E If the issue is with stamps being awarded for an item, the first port of call would be checking the loyalty settings rather than an uninstall/re-install.
Below is an example ticket description an issue with the Gift cards app freezing:
Merchant contacted us as they had an issue with the Gift Cards freezing when they tried to top up Gift cards on a Clover Flex
Reboot, issue persisted.
Uninstalled/re-installed, issue resolved.
Below is an example ticket description of a merchant having issues with items not applying Loyalty correctly:
Merchant called as they noticed coffees are not adding stamps or allowing stamps to be redeemed.
Asked if this is every coffee or only certain ones. Merchant hadn't noticed a trend.
Went into the Loyalty settings and noticed most items had a stamp however Latte & Americano didn't. Explained items that don;t have a stamp value assigned can't be redeemed either. Guided merchant how to add a stamp value to an item.
Test order, added both Latte & Americano to the order, successfully added stamps to account post payment. Issue resolved
