Limiting in-app funds loading to display specific amounts for Merchants

By default, 'add money' lists multiple amounts starting from 5. Some merchants prefer to have higher default values, and a lower number of options, so there is less default choice available to Customers. These values can be edited in admin portal

1) Go to admin portal, find the Merchant with the Branded app and click on 'Settings' - 'Whitelable App'

2) Scroll down to 'Quick Select Amounts' and enter the amounts the Merchant wishes to have on their 'Add Money' page in the following format - [X, Y, Z]   (include space after each amount)

3) Open LoyLap (or CBA), search for the business and confirm the amounts listed have been updated
