LoyLap Data Migration Process
When some businesses sign up to LoyLap they will need to migrate data of their existing card numbers and balances. The Process for completing this is below
Importing existing gift cards / Loyalty points and costs involved:
We are able to pull a merchants existing gift card information into the system with the following information:
1) LoyLap to supply merchant with an excel document to complete.
Approved Document The highlighted columns are necessary - all other columns are helpful but not vital.
2) If merchant supplies a clean workable file, then LoyLap will upload at no cost
3) If LoyLap needs to clean and filter the file, then upload costs will be incurred (see cost links below) and NO liability will be taken for incorrect details uploaded.
4) 0 value gift cards are chargeable as per above - try to sell LoyLap gift cards rather than import their ) value cards.
