Merchant unsure if online funds being deposited to their account
When a merchants connects their MID to accept online payments, it has the advantage that all funds are acquired by one provider and deposited into one account, but the disadvantage that most reports from MS companies do not provide clear reports
If a Merchant gets in touch about this issue
1) Assure Merchant it is a reasonable request as the reports from the payment processors can be complex and confusing
2) Give Merchant comfort that we power payments like this for thousands of businesses, so it is highly likely the funds are being received, just they are not that obvious as more funds are processed via the in-store POS
3) Send merchant guide on how to understand online payments for (Clover, Judopay, Stripe)
4) Should merchant not be able figure it out, offer to be added as an employee on their clover account so we can cross reference the transactions ourselves
