Merchants scanner is not picking up the QR code with external reader
When a merchant is unable to scan a QR code it is either because the scanner is incorrectly configured, or as it is set to just read 'account numbers' and is thus filtering out any letters from the account ID which are being sent to our servers
1) Check to see if the toggle on homepage of the app for Customer search is switched to 'Account Number' search
this search type at present only searches numbers, so Letters in QR code will be removed from the search input.
2) Switch the toggle to 'Search by name etc'
This will number search customers using letters and numbers
