My account is locked! Help!

Attempting to link a LoyLap card with the smartphone app 3 times will result in your account being locked for your security.

Please contact support@loylap.com from the email address you use with the LoyLap smartphone app, please include the following details:

  • The LoyLap account number displayed on the back of your card, in an email or near a QR code
  • CVV/ Security code of the card (it will also be located near your account number)
  • A picture of the card
  • the current balance of the card

Usually this happens when a password is entered incorrectly more than 5 times. We lock the account to help protect you and your money. These requests are considered on a case by case basis and we will need to verify your identity and rightful ownership of the account before we will unlock it for you.
