Resetting a LoyLap Password
Below will outline the ways that we can reset a password for a LoyLap account
Admin Portal
Once you have the email address that the merchant / member is using to try and login using, you can go to the Member section of the admin portal and reset the password from here manually.
Just remember to hit save once entered.
Alternatively you can hit the 'Send Reset Email' below the Password field and this will send an email to the email address in question and allow the merchant / member to reset the password themselves. This email is only valid for 15 minutes so worth confirming with them prior to sending.
Business Portal
The business portal working slightly differently in that we can only trigger a reset of the password for an Employee account. To do so access 'Employees' from the 'Settings' heading.
Once here find the employee that needs to have their password reset. Click on the 3 dots next to their name and then onto 'View'.
That will take you to the Employee information. From here just scroll down and you will be able to trigger a Password Reset email.
