Searching for a Branch Via Clover UID
Using the information in the below article you will be able to see if a site has installed and opened our app
Firstly, you'll need to know the UID of the Clover account. This will usually appear within the install notification similar to the example below, with the UID being within the arrows after the Merchant Name:

If you don't have the UID from the install alert then this can be obtained from the Merchant from their Clover device. They can find this by completing the following steps:
Open the Help app.
Open the menu on the left, select Diagnostics.
Scroll down and select Additional Details.
It will be listed as Clover ID.
Using this you can check to see if they have completed the sign up process by searching the UID within the Branches section of the Admin Portal. The below screenshot shows the UID being searched within the Branches tab and shows a result with a merchant.
If you get a result when searching with a UID then this means that the merchant group is created and the merchant has completed the sign up process. If you get no result then they have not opened up our app and completed the sign up on the particular Clover UID
