Setting a Merchant up with Gocardless Direct Debit Payment Manually (i.e. setting up an account for a Enterprise Merchant ourselves)

For larger merchants, sometimes it is more appropriate to send them a Gocardless direct debit manually to get them to add a payment method

1) Ensure the Merchant first has a LoyLap account created. You should use a LoyLap card to

create the account for the Merchant to ensure it is set up correctly

 

2) Once the account created, send the Merchant this link - https://pay.gocardless.com/BRT0002DFDJZ9RN

 

3) Inform accounts team of Merchant ID and that a DD mandate has been sent to them so they can keep an eye out for the notification of successful creation and then link the DD mandate with the LoyLap Group
