Troubleshooting Online Ordering

Item Visibility

Merchant may contact us as the items they want to show for Online Ordering are not appearing when they try to order. There are multiple reasons as to why this might be the case so there is a checklist to go through to ensure the item meets the criteria.

• Ensure the item is marked as available for ordering
• Ensure the category the item is in is available for ordering
• Ensure the item is available under the right dispatch method (and the customer / merchant is looking under the right option)
• Check the time the item is being ordered, as the item may only be available during set times.
