Uploading a Merchants Gift Card Design

With the Admin portal you can upload a Merchants Gift Card design so we can easily download and send to print when a Merchant reorders.

Firstly open the admin portal & search for the Merchant whose design you wish to upload

Go into the Merchant and select the Gift Card Tab in the top right

Name the Gift Card & Upload the Front and Back of the design (if jpg or png). If the file you are uploading is a pdf which contains the front and reverse then you need only upload that to 'Front'

Click 'Create' which will then upload the design to LoyLap. You will see confirmation below of the new design

The Merchant will now immediately see this Gift card design under their Gift Card settings in their Business Portal

Note - If the Gift Card setting does not appear for the Merchant, please go into admin portal to settings -> transaction types & enable the 'Gift' tender
