How to update a Merchants Clover registered email.

Follow the below steps to update a Clover Merchant email on the Admin portal.

A Merchant can update the email associated with their Clover email for various reasons, When they do this, the LoyLap applications on their device will stop working and the email must be manually updated via the admin portal.

 

1) Search for the Merchant on the Admin portal

 

 

2) Copy the email registered on the Merchants page 

 

 

3) Search for this email under 'Members'

 

 

4) change the email under the members settings and hit save

 

 

5) Search for the Merchant again under 'Merchants' to double check that the email has been updated.
