Locked account

Attempting to link a LoyLap card with the smartphone app 3 times will result in your account being locked for your security.

Please contact support@loylap.com from the email address you use with the LoyLap smartphone app, please include the following details:

  • 8 digit number displayed on your card
  • CVV of the card
  • A picture of the card
  • the current balance of the card

These requests are considered on a case by case basis and we may require additional details to verify your request.
