A Member has asked me for the data I hold on them, what do I need to provide?
All the data a Member shares with LoyLap is available in the Business Portal, which you can then export.
The data Members have on their accounts with you covers:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Registration Date
- Date of Birth
- Gender
Transactional data is also collected which will include branch locations.
If a customer asks to be deleted from your records on LoyLap, please ask them to contact support@loylap.com so we can ensure the process is completed.
