Account Amendments Process

Process for how to handle any account amendment tickets we receive into the support pipeline

There might be scenarios where a merchant will want to change a detail about their account. Our first step should be to attempt to educate them on how they can make these amendments themselves. We can utlise our guides from support.loylap.com or walk them through the process over the phone. 


There might be scenarios where the merchant will request us to make the change for them. If so they’ll need to pass the additional ID checks (aswell as be a registered Employee on the account) and we’ll then make the requested changes and issue an email follow up confirming as such
