How to sell a Gift Card from your Oracle Opera PMS

For this test the reservation must be checked in. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then click Manage Reservation.

1. Search for and open the reservation.

     2.Click Prepaid Card details link. 

     3.Enter your credentials if requested.

1. 1. Select the Cashier ID. 
   2. Enter PIN to proceed. 
   3. Click Login. The Billing Information screen appears. 
      
      
      

     4. Click Issue Card. The Prepaid Cards screen appears. Complete the following: 

1. 1. Prepaid Card Interface: Select the prepaid card interface from the list. 
   2. Card Number: Enter the gift card number. 
   3. Name/First Name: Default the primary profile linked to the reservation. 
   4. Amount: Enter the issue amount. 
   5. Select “Post Amount to Room”: Select the post issue amount to guest folio (reservation account).
