Applying Loyalty to a transaction (With Quick Add)
Using our Quick Add feature you can quickly add loyalty stamps to a customers account.

Alternatively please follow the process below:
In the “Register” app after pressing “Pay” to close a transaction, you are taken to the tender screen.

Select the “Loyalty by LoyLap” tender type.

Capture the customer’s details by scanning their card or app, or nby manually entering their details.

You'll be taken to your customers profile to confirm customer and see their balance. Select the appropriate action to either add or redeem loyalty from their account.

You will be returned to the payment page and the discount (in the case of a redeem) will be applied to your basket. Choose the customers payment method to complete their payment as usual.
