Applying Loyalty to a transaction (With Quick Add)
Using our Quick Add feature you can quickly add loyalty stamps to a customers account.
Please see the below video which shows how you can quickly add stamps to a customers balance:
Alternatively please follow the process below:
In the “Register” app after pressing “Pay” to close a transaction, you are taken to the tender screen.

Select “Loyalty by LoyLap”.

Capture the customer’s details.

Taken to your customers profile to confirm customer and balance

You will be returned to the transaction to close as normal.
Loyalty will confirm it’s been successful and the standard clover transaction screen will appear
