Automatically Accepting an Online Order with Order Ahead App

With LoyLap's Online Ordering, Merchants can choose to manually or automatically accept new orders. This can be controlled within the 'Preferences' section of the POS app.

1) Open up the Order Ahead app on your Clover POS. Then tap on the 3 dot in the top right corner of the screen and then on preferences.

2) This will bring you to the below menu. Ensure that the automatically accept all orders toggle is showing as green.

This will ensure that all orders customers place at the business are accepted and print out in accordance to your print timing. You'll also be able to review your completed orders via the completed tab within the Order Ahead app.
