Cancel my Customer Account

If you want to cancel your LoyLap customer account we will need this request in writing

1) Open up the LoyLap member app on your phone or on member.loylap.com, then tap/click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen.

2) This will open up the below page, showing you multiple options that can be used for your account. To cancel you'll need to tap/click on the Profile option.

3) This will take you to your Customer profile. Should you want to cancel the account then tap/click on the highlighted Cancel Account icon.

This will take you to the below page where you will need to input your Password to cancel your account.
