Cancelling my LoyLap Merchant Account
The below article contains helpful information if you are looking to cancel your merchant account
If you wish to cancel your LoyLap Merchant billing account we require 30 days written notice as per our terms of service. Cancellations can only be processed at the end of your billing cycle. As your billing cycle is in arrears you will be invoiced for your notice period in the following and last payment cycle.
Please contact via email using accounts@loylap.com to initiate an account closure.
Please be aware that once the account is cancelled you will not be able to use any of your LoyLap services. You must also delete all associated POS apps to fully cancel your service and payment. You can always create a new account please reach out to sales@loylap.com to activate a new account
