Checking a Gift Card Balance on PAX

You can easily check a customers Gift Card balance within our app on Pax. Customers can also check balances themselves by downloading the LoyLap app and linking their card.

1) Tap on the Facilipay app on your PAX terminal.

2) Once open, tap on the Gift app icon from the home screen of your POS

3) You'll then be taken into the Gift App. Here you can tap on the icon in the bottom right of the screen to open the camera of your PAX device, to scan the QR code of the Gift Card

Alternatively, you can manually type in the Gift Card number by tapping into the highlighted field below.

4) You'll now be presented with information related to the Gift Card. The current balance will be displayed in the top right corner of the screen.
