Creating an Experience Store in Facilipay

This guide explains how to create an Experience Store in your Facilipay dashboard. An Experience Store allows you to sell experiences or vouchers online and redeem them seamlessly through your point-of-sale system.

What you’ll achieve

By completing this guide, you will:

  • Create a dedicated Experience Store branch
  • Enable online purchasing of experiences or vouchers
  • Allow vouchers to be redeemed in-store via your POS

Before you begin

Ensure the following prerequisites are met before starting:

  • Your Facilipay account is on the Grow plan or higher
  • A payment gateway (e.g. Stripe or Judopay) is connected
  • You have access to the Facilipay Business Portal
  • A valid email address is available to receive order notifications

Step 1: Create a dedicated Experience Store branch

  1. Log in to the LoyLap Business Portal at https://dashboard.loylap.com/sign-in
  2. From the home screen, select Create, then choose Branch
  3. Enter the branch details (for example, name and contact email)
  4. Save the branch once all required fields are completed

 

This branch will be used exclusively for managing and selling experiences.

Step 2: Configure branch details and opening hours

  1. From the Business Portal, navigate to My Business → Branches
  2. Select the Experience Store branch you just created
  3. Open Branch Details
  4. Set the branch opening hours to "Open" 24/7
  5. Save your changes

 

This ensures the Experience Store is always available for online purchases.

Step 3: Enable online ordering for the Experience Store

  1. Within the Experience Store branch, navigate to Ordering Settings
  2. Select Edit
  3. Enable the Ecommerce Interface
  4. Confirm the following settings:
    • Ordering is enabled
    • A notification email address is configured
  5. Save the changes

Confirming your setup

Your Experience Store is configured correctly when:

  • The Experience Store branch appears in your branches list
  • Online ordering is enabled for the branch
  • You can access the Experience Store without errors

At this point, the Experience Store is live and ready to accept purchases.
