No need to worry—if you have the relevant purchase details, your digital voucher can be re-issued.
We recommend reaching out directly to the business where you made the purchase, whether the voucher was for yourself or someone else. As the buyer, you should have received a digital receipt via email.
If the voucher wasn’t received by the intended recipient at the time of purchase, please contact the business and provide the following information:
Time and proof of purchase
A copy of the digital receipt
The recipient’s email address
With this information, the business should be able to locate the voucher in their records and resend it to the correct recipient.
