Digital Voucher Re-Issue Process
How to re-issue a digital voucher is we hear this has not been delivered to the recipient
If a merchant or member contacts us about a digital voucher not being received then first we need to confirm the details of the voucher (if not already provided) This will be the date, time & amount at time of purchase and also the email address this should have been issued to.
Once confirmed we will take these details and check in our backup drive (https://groups.google.com/a/loylap.com/g/backup) to see if the voucher was triggered successfully. If so then issue to the original intended recipient and cc the merchant in (if reported by a merchant). Also take this opportunity to recommend the merchant set up a back up email address so they get copies of all vouchers issued so they can handle these queries in the future.
