How to redeem loyalty on your Poynt device

Follow the below steps to learn how to redeem loyalty stamps/credit on a Poynt device.

1) Open Terminal app, input sale amount, and press 'Charge'

2) Select payment tender type 'LoyLap Loyalty'

3) Swipe the customers card (dip in and out) to pull up account

4) If the customer has enough accumulated loyalty, you can redeem by the loyalty option (stamps or credit) that you offer - tap on the redeem button.

5) On the next page, input the same value that you wish to redeem. 

6) Press the 'Redeem' button above to remove the loyalty value from the customers account.

7.)The screen will then switch back to the terminal screen to close out the transaction.
