Edit Cards which are linked to customer accounts
A customer's account can have multiple cards linked to it which then act as alternative payment methods. This most often occurs in the form of a physical Gift Card which a customer wishes to link to their mobile account
Login to your Business Dashboard and select Customers from the left navigation menu as indicated by the screenshot below.
Search for the appropriate customer using the search field and select the 3 dots next to their name to open the menu:
Once the menu is open simply click Link a Card / Band
To link a new card to the customer, fill out the card number and the CVV of the card then select LINK
To remove a card from a user, simply select the EDIT button
On the subsequent screen, scroll down until you see the linked ID. Action the unlink of the card by selecting the UNLINK button
