How do I get a refund for my Online Order
Sadly LoyLap cannot refund the monetary value of your Online Order as we do not hold the funds you paid
However if you contact the business directly to request a refund they should be able to process this for you, depending on their own policies.
When contacting a business for a refund it will be best to provide:
- Proof of the Order (including date & time)
- Proof of Payment (date, time & last 4 of the card
If the business agrees to a refund then this will likely take 7-10 business days to appear back in your bank account.
