How to enable stamp or credit-back loyalty on the Business Dashboard
Loyalty will promote repeats visits from customers, resulting in additional sustainable revenue for your business.
1) Log into your LoyLap business portal on loylap.com
2) Once logged in hover over 'Settings' and then 'My Loyalty'.
3) You'll now be taken to the below page, you'll want to click on 'Edit' next to Loyalty Tyoe to customise the Loyalty settings for your business.
4) A pop up box will now appear, allowing you to go through setting up the Loyalty rewards. The example below shows that 9 stamps are required and the reward for redeeming 9 stamps is a free coffee.
You can also offer credit back as a reward for items purchased. This means that a customer will accrue credit into their account that they can then redeem on future orders. The example below shows how the customer will get 10% back on their purchases.
Once you are happy with your chosen loyalty method, hit save in the bottom right.
