How to customise your Apple / Google Wallet Branding for Loyalty Customers

You can add custom branded Apple and Google wallet passes for your customers to link to their phone's wallet app (Apple/Google), further promoting your business branding and making paying or getting loyalty with LoyLap as easy as possible.

1) Log into your business portal over on loylap.com

2) Once logged in you'll want to hover over 'My App' and then go down to 'Apple / Google Wallet'.

3) That will take you into the below page, allowing you to input your desired details for the customization of the wallet.

Here you can design the Apple/Google Wallet Pass for both Loyalty customers, and for those who received a digital Gift Voucher. 

 

Please select 'Loyalty'

Wallet Name refers to how this will be reflected within the Customers Apple / Google Wallet.

Description will be shown and visible to the customer once linked to their Apple / Google Wallet

Logo can be uploaded and will sit in the top left of the Apple/Google Wallet Pass. Click on the Add Image box to be prompted to upload your Logo

Add Image Highlight
You can then choose to either upload or drag the files that you want to use.

Banner Image can be as you like and is the most customisable element which you upload as a finished image.
