How to find your clover UID (Unique Identifier): A Step-by-Step Guide
Following the steps in this Article, you'll be able to fund the UID of your Clover Device
From time to time our support team will requires your Clover ID / UID. This will assist us in determining the specific account / location being discussed.
From the Clover POS
1) From the home screen on your Clover POS, tap onto the Diagnostics app.
2) This will prompt another menu to display. From here, you'll need to scroll down to the 'Additional Details' option and tap to open.
3) This will take you through to some specific details about your device & account. The Clover ID (UID) will be an alphanumeric code in brackets.
You can also find your Clover UID directly within a LoyLap app.
Within a LoyLap App
1) Open up one of your installed LoyLap apps.
2) Tap on the settings icon at the bottom of the page, this will open up the settings for the app which you have opened. The UID will appear at the top of the settings box
