How to Redeem a Gift Card using the LoyLap Merchant Web App

This article will show a step by step guide on how to redeem a Gift Card using the Merchant Web App.

1) Log in to the Merchant Web App at merchant.loylap.com

2)You will now need to enter the account number or the name or email address associated with the Gift card that you want to redeem and press the 'Enter' key. You can switch between entering the account number or email address using the highlighted toggle below:

3) This will now bring up the account associated with that Account number or email address as well as displaying the current balance of the Gift Card. 

*It is important to note that you will not be able to redeem more than the Current balance displayed*

4). You will now need to enter the amount that you want to redeem from the account and click on the 'Redeem' button.

For this example I have entered '10'. As you can see, the effect of adding or redeeming £10 is now being reflected in the (New) 'Balance' below each option.

5) Once you've clicked on 'Redeem' this will now have reduced the current balance of the Gift Card and you will see a 'Successful transaction' message pop up.
