How to Refresh Gift Cards / Loyalty on your Clover POS
Occasionally we'll ask you to refresh the Gift Cards / Loyalty App on your Clover POS to pick up changes in our database. This articles shows how to sync each app
Gift Cards / Loyalty
For Clover Duo & Mini:
Open the app from the home screen of your POS so you see the option on screen to either Scan the QR code or manually type in the Card Number
The refresh icon is the small icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, looks like 2 arrows that make a circle.
This will cause the app to close down and then re-open after a few seconds, having picked up any changes in our database.
For Clover Flex:
Open the Gift / Loyalty app from the home screen of the POS so you can see the option to scan the QR code or type the card number in manually.
To access the refresh / sync option you'll need to tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open up a side menu.
You'll see the refresh / sync icon near the bottom of the menu, looks like 2 arrows that make a circle.
The app will then close and re-open after a few seconds and pick up any changes we have made.
