How to Request Amendments & Approve a Card Design
Once a card design is requested, our team will upload a proof to the merchant's dashboard for approval within two business days.
1) Log in to the business dashboard on dashboard.loylap.com/sign-in.
2) Click on "Settings" from the left-side navigation menu, then "Gift Card Ordering".
3) You will see all of the designs associated with your account. At the top (above all of the draft designs) will be the design we have created for you.
4) You can select "Request Amendments" to relay the changes you would like to see to our design team.
This will bring up the below box. Supply your comments then hit "Save". The design team will then upload a revised version for approval.
5) Once you're happy with the card design, select "Approve", which then will save the design against your account for ordering. You can read more about Ordering Physical Cards here.
