How to send a push notification communication to customers in app
For Merchants where LoyLap powers a branded mobile app on the Google & Apple app stores, it is possible to easily send a push notification communication to call customers right from your LoyLap business dashboard.
1) In your LoyLap Business Portal, please select 'Customers'
2) From here, please select 'Communications' - please note only business with a branded app powered by LoyLap will be able to access this section.
3) Enter the Title and Body text of the notification as desired. You can also link to a specific page within your app by entering the URL. This will take people to this section when they click on the notification.
