How to Sync your PAX Terminal
Syncing your PAX terminal will pick up any changes made to your account onto the device and refresh your connection. We may ask you to do this when troubleshooting and can be helpful if you find your device not functioning as expected
1) Open up the Facilipay app on your PAX device so you have the below page open.

2) You'll want to tap on the option for 'Settings' at the bottom of the screen.
3) This will take you into the below menu. You'll want to tap on the Sync option from the presented menu.
A message will appear briefly at the bottom of the page advising that logs have been submitted. This means that any updates to the account in our system have now been picked up and applicable on the device. If you found you were having issues processing transactions previous to the sync then please re-attempt these.
