How to update an account with the Merchant Web App
Updating accounts with our merchant web app is a versatile way of applying changes without the need to have access to the POS
1) Log into merchant.loylap.com
The login credentials are the same as you would use to log into your account on the Business Portal on loylap.com
2) After logging in you can search for the account using the card number associated to the account.
An alternative if you don't have the card number to hand is that you can search for the account via the name or email address associated to the account.
Once you have searched for the name or email address, click on the desired account from the list of accounts given.
3) Once you have access to the account, you can make amendments to the balance by clicking on the Upfront or Gift Option. This will allow you to update the balance associated with the account.
4) This will take you to the below page. From here you can enter the amount you want to amend the balance by. There will be a preview of the new balance underneath both the 'Add' & 'Redeem options. In this example we will be redeeming £66.90 from the account.
5) After the option to 'Add' or 'Redeem' is clicked you will get the below prompt. Click on Finish to complete the update.
