ID&V Process

When a merchant calls you’ll want to confirm the name of the business they are calling from. This allows you to bring the account up in the Admin Portal. From there you can confirm the trading address of the business and the owner email we hold on file.

If the merchant is looking for amendments to be made to the account then we will look to ask additional security questions, these will be unique to each merchant and require for any account changes that they are unable to make for themselves.
