Internal Experience Branch Set Up Guide
Additional steps we need to consider when setting up an Experience branch for a merchant
When setting up an Experiences page for a merchant, most of the steps can be completed using the merchant facing article we have here. The below steps are required to ensure the merchant does have an issue with their Experience vouchers being marked as pending.
The critical steps to ensure are that before any products are created are that you set the locatio for the Experiences interface as opposed to the Food Service Interface. Not only does this update the User Interface but it changes the checkout process so the orders are handled Correctly. This is the section where this is handled: Branches, Details of Experience Branch, Ordering, Edit.
The other setting you'll want to enable is Auto Accept.This can currently only be completed on the Admin Portal (for the experiences interface). This will need to be set on the Branch. Search for the Merchant group in question and then click on then. Then go into Branches and click on the Experience branch. Then you'll want to go to the below page and ensure the boxes are ticked.
