Issuing a Gift Card on a PAX device with Cash Payment

Following the steps in this article you'll be able issue Gift Cards after accepting a Cash Payment

1) Open Up the Facilipay App on your Pax Device.

2) Once open, tap on Gift Card.

This will take you through to the below screen.

3) From here you can tap on the Scan QR button in the bottom right to enable the camera. Then scan the QR code on the Gift Card you wish to load with a balance.

Alternatively you can type in the Gift Card number manually by tapping in the highlighted field.

4) This will then take you through to the below screen. From here type in the amount you want to load on to the Gift Card. Once the amount has been typed in, tap on the 'Add' option.

5) You'll then be able to select the Cash Tender option on the payments screen.

The Staff ID / PIN will then need to be input, followed by the accept option. Your PIN will be unique to your account and each staff member should have their own.




6) A success message will then be displayed and a receipt for the purchase will be printed.
