Linking a Group to a Franchise (Admin Portal)

Franchises may have a new location set up which needs to be linked to the parent group. This can be completed in the admin portal by using the below steps

1) Log into the admin portal on admin.loylap.com

2) Firstly you'll want to confirm the Parent group that the new location needs to be linked to. For this example we'll use Bahia Bowls. You can find the existing Franchise group under the Franchises tab on the left hand side.

This will take you to a list of all of the Franchises.

3) After finding the franchise you need to link the Group to then click into it.

4) This will then show all of the groups associated with the franchise.

To connect a group to the franchise you'll need to type the Group ID into the highlighted box and then click on Add.

This will then connect the Group to the franchise, meaning that all of the transactions that are processed on the group will show within the Parent Groups reporting.
