Manually Accepting Online Orders on Tablet
Manually accepting orders allows for full control of orders you receive. Customers will not get an order confirmation until you manually accept the order on your Tablet. This is useful for food service orders where an items are often sold out
1) When the Order Ahead app is open and an order is placed by a customer, a New Order prompt will appear. This will show the items on the order as well as the time the customer has requested the order for.
2) Tapping on Accept Order will trigger an email notification to the customer, advising the order has been accepted. If you have a printer connected to your tablet, the order will now print.
3) You can choose to decline the order from the prompt. This will also email the customer advising that the order has been declined.
