Ordering a Gift Card Design

Overview

This guide explains how to order a custom physical gift card or key fob design using Facilipay’s Design Services. You will upload your branding, customise your design, and complete checkout within the Business Portal.

What you’ll achieve

By completing this guide, you will:

Submit a design request for a gift card or key fob
Customise branding elements including logo and colour
Complete payment for your design order

Before you begin

Ensure that:

You are logged into the Facilipay Business Portal
You have your logo ready (PNG, JPG, BMP, TIF, or SVG)
Your logo file size is between 1MB and 25MB

Step 1: Access Design Services

Navigation path:
Settings → Gift Cards → Use our Design Services

Log in to the Business Portal
Open Settings from the side menu
Select Gift Cards
Click the Gift Card Shop button

You will be taken to the design request page.

Step 2: Customise Your Card Design

On the Design Services page:

Select the product you want designed (Gift Card or Key Fob)
Upload your primary logo (required)
Add optional elements, including:
- Text below your logo
- Background image
- Overlay images or patterns
- Social media handles
- Contact details
- Design notes

Choose a background colour using the colour picker
Click Apply once satisfied

This information will be used by the design team to prepare your card artwork.

Step 3: Review and Complete Checkout

Click Add to Cart
Review your order summary
If changes are needed, select Edit
Click Proceed to Checkout
Confirm shipping, billing, and payment details
Select Pay Now

Submitting payment sends your request to the Facilipay design team.

After submission

Once payment is complete:

Your order is received by the Facilipay design team
You will be contacted regarding next steps or approval if required

Confirming your order

Your design request is successfully submitted when:

Payment has been processed
An order summary is displayed
You receive confirmation of checkout
