Processing a Cashless Refund
*Please note, LoyLap Cashless does not support partial refunds, for a successful refund to be processed, the complete order must be refunded*
To Process a Cashless refund, locate the order you wish to refund in the Clover Register app
Confirm that you wish to process a refund
Confirm you wish to refund the LoyLap Cashless tender
Look up the customer's account
When the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message.
